Job Description:
Bali Island School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator to lead the successful implementation of the IB Diploma Programme. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB DP curriculum

Ensure compliance with IB standards, practices, and assessment requirements

Guide and support teachers in delivering rigorous, inquiry-based instruction

Oversee student academic progress, university guidance coordination, and assessment procedures

Coordinate core components of the DP, including Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essay (EE), and CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service)

Organize and facilitate professional development for DP faculty

Manage IB documentation, examination processes, and authorization/evaluation requirements

Collaborate with school leadership to enhance academic outcomes and programme development

Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and the wider school community
